The discovery of coal eased pressure on forests and the invention of steam engine and the automobile ushered in unprecented growth and economic booms on our planet. Our curent age has been recently under pressure due to declining supplies of oil and gas, the two main ingredients that presently fuel our economic engine. However, now it appears that there is no need to worry. Recent new discoveries of gas reserves have changed the balance of energy on our planet. Waning supplies of oil are not going to be a cause for worry in the near future. This is a Blog about my rants and raves on politics, technology, litterature, art and life in general on this planet. I hope to stir in my readers' hearts the same passion with which I write and aim to amuse, enlighten and tickle their imaginations with my totally subjective and mostly unscientific yet thought provoking ruminations. Occasionally, be warned, I may venture out of our solar system to examine the human species and its doings on earth and post my views as a two headed alien.
